1. Order Cancellations
We generally do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed due to the nature of our products and the processing involved. However, in rare cases, we may be able to accommodate a cancellation request at our discretion, if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please visit our contact page as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you.
In cases where cancellation is possible, cancellation fees will apply. However, if the preparation of your order has begun, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation, and a full charge may apply.
2. Refunds
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed due to the nature of our products. In rare cases, at our discretion, we may consider issuing a refund if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. However, this is not guaranteed.
